2000 4.7 2wd inner tie rod boot?
Holy cow what a day!! Been working on my truck since 10am this morning..Just finished a little bit ago, well almost..My new tie rods from Moog didn't come with any new boots..Anyone know where I can get these? I need the passenger side..It is diff from drivers side..It has a pretty good tear in it..And what is the aluminum hose that runs from boot to boot do? If you guys need photos...

Typically when you buy new tie rods or any suspension parts they do come with boots. Are you sure yours didn't get packed right? They do sell universal ones. Take some measurements and see what you can find. Autozone or Napa should be able to help you.
By the way from what I have heard Moog has the strongest products out there.

The aluminum hose is a vent for the tie rod boots. I did my inners not long ago, I used Duralast parts from Autozone. They did not come with boots either so I just re-used my old boots. Napa, Carquest or maybe a tire shop or 4 wheel drive shop might be able to order a new boot for you. If that fails, maybe call the Dodge dealer or hit up a junk yard. The junk yard may not be willing to sell just the boot though, they would probably want to keep it to sell with an entire steering rack.
