Default Atlas Tires

The Dakota will be needing tires soon. I looked at some Atlas Desperados 31x10.5x15. Kind of an all season leaning toward off road tread pattern. Anyone using or used this brand?

I've never even heard of them but I like to stick with name brand tires cause I know whats the good and the bad on them, anyway how much do you have to spend on tires?

Honesltly for the price of those you can get a decent name brand tire. If you are just looking for an all season there are a lot of choices out there. If you are looking for an all terrian there are a ton of choices too. I love my Nitto Terra Grappler A/T's. I've said it a lot I know, but I can't tell you how good they've been to me. Cooper,BFG,Bridgestone,Toyo... they all make quality tires. Look on discounttire.com and you will get reviews as well as see every tire they sell in that size.

I vagely remember the brand from long ago but didn't realize they still made tires. For a set of four, mounted and balanced the shop wants around $650. But I will most likely go with Firestone, General, Yokohama, Michelin, or BFG.

i'm using my second set of general a/ts. you can get the normal at tires like i had on my last truck, or the more aggresive at2 like i did this time. these are bit louder on the road but i wanted a better tread for this winter. and they were 550 mounted at a discount tire shop.
