Default Wheel Hub Conversion

Okay, So I've looked around and can't seem to find the information I'm looking for...

I'm in the process of "looking" for a new set of wheels for the truck. Right now, I'm doing the passive search for rims, and hard search for tires.

The way I figure it, I'm trying to find a needle in a haystack the way my search for the correct rims is going.

Give that I have a 2000 Dakota CC Sport, 2WD I'm stuck (currently) looking for 6 x 4.5" (114.3mm) pattern.

stock rims have 32mm (1.3") offset and backspacing of 147mm (5.8")
(i'm not too concerned about the backspacing, so long as it's not putting my new wheels closer to the suspension / brakes etc...)

These are next to impossible to search for in the specs I want... and I'm really not sure I wanna end up forking out the dough to get some custom work done.

Basically, I'm looking for a set of Black rims, 6 x 4.5, that'll fit the 2K dak.
you wouldn't think that's too hard, but in reality I've not been able to come up with anything that I like. There are plenty in the 5 bolt patterns that I love, but nothing in the 6.

I know they have bolt conversion options, Billet Aluminum converters, which can come from 6x4.5 to 6x5 or 6x5.5 or 6x4.5 to 5x5.5 etc etc etc...

But, I'm wondering if it's possible to do a straight hub conversion rather than buying some $100/pc thing...

Can I do a wheel hub assembly swap for a 5 bolt pattern?
I know that brakes would need to be changed as well... but is it possible?

Has anyone done this, or does anyone know a way around this issue?
I'm getting so frustrated trying to find a nice set of black rims that'll fit the look I'm aiming for with the Dak.

dodge nitro hubs and dodge Ram 94-01 will work and you can keep your rotors. I cant remember if the Rotors will go over the Ram ones though
