Yes I think it is the NV3500. I'll keep you updated on what I plan to do. Your first on the list for the tranny if I part it out.

Dude, don't get rid of it. If you don't have the money for a swap, rebuild the 3.9. It's too nice of a truck to part out or get rid of.

I'm home now and im thinking of just getting a head from a junkyard and sticking it on should cost about $300 with gaskets and such plus new bolts and all that jazz.
