Default lift and tire question

I have a 2001 4 wheel drive 4.7 liter dakota. I am buying new tires and want to get 33's. What is the best thing to buy to make the 33's fit on my truck. I feel like a body lift is the cheapest way to go. If I do get a body lift what size?

3" and crank your torsion bars in the front to level out

just a body lift will suffice for the 33's but if ya want a lil more u can crank your torsion all the way and slap a 3" block under the springs.
