Default rear end noise

i have a 2000 dodge dakota r/t cc. rear end is stock i just did sway bar ends which took away alot of the clatter but when i take off from a stop it is making a loud rubbing or snapping type noise. It only happens when i have driven for a few miles and the truck is heated up and i take off from a stop. It is also only happening when i turn left or right from a stop like a spring that is overstretched then let go. When i take off straight there is no noise at all. Is this something in my rear end going or maybe my brakes sticking? I did they rear wheel bearings last year and the noise went away for a while but now its back. Any help is appreciated.
