Default brake problem

Does anyone have any suggestions for the following brake problem. I have a 2002 Dakota quad cab 4 X 4, V6. I have had all front brake components and rear brake components replaced in the past year. The ABS was working for a while but now when I apply the brakes, let's say at a stop sign, I do not feel the ABS anymore and at times the brakes lock up and I skid. The skidding does not happen all the time. It also feels like it is the rear driver side that's locking up. Any thoughts or suggestions would be deeply appreciated. Jake

I can only assume they were bled. All was done at a dodge dealership. But that doesn't mean squat sometimes. Everything was fine up until about 2 weeks ago.
