Question 2nd Gen and the '04

So, It looks like I have the red-headed step-child of the generation. I find some stuff cross, but everything kind of negates the '04. Despite being a standard 4.7 4X4 CC with a 5spd, Nothing seems to cross from any earlier models. At least not on paper. Im prob jsut being stupid...but yea...

I am looking at doing a few things:
TB swap - prob 68mm - Fastman seems standard...

Suspension - Would like to do Energerysuspension...but nothing says definitively available..I guess I can just go measure everything and check the bushings dia. etc to verify...Didnt know who had any luck with this...want to do ALL my bushings..except maybe body (unless they are in the Kit).

Also shocks on all 4 corners...look like RS 5000 or 9000 if i find the right price.

Might do cams if I get into it enough...prob not unless something major happens.

The hardest seems to be a chip tune. It's like they had a completely diff 4.7 in '04. Is it because its throttle-by-wire or something stupid? or should I just get out of my dark corner and bite the bullet 'knowing' it will fit....

Any other '04 guys out there would be great to hear from, or anyone that knows what will fit/tune!! thanks guys

you wont have any issues with the fastman tb. you shouldnt have any issues finding shocks, i went with procom es9000 for just under 150$. cams you will have to find them used or something unless you want to pay a fortune for them. and you can get a superchips or sct tune. the 4.7 has plenty of mods to keep you entertained.
