Default intermittent stalling problems

Yup so once every few drives my truck will randomly stall when I come to a stop. Will start right back up but requires gas to not stall right away but then once I get going and stop at the next light it normally is fine. I thought it might be the IAC valve but I replaced that with a known working one and it still has the same problem. I haven't replaced my plugs wires and distributor cap/rotor (little chilly outside right now) yet think those could cause it?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks
Nathyne

Ohh yes a few more problems aswell.
My heater seems to not blow much for ait (I can hear it running like a bastard but hardly anything comes out unless it's on defrost or feet only not too sure about this)

Truck seems to run cold according to the temp gauge | P| | | | (picture those as the 5 spots on the gauge it sits where the p is all the time hope that makes sense lol.

Also the heat it does manage to blow is very minimal I think I am going to flush the heater core as I saw that solved someone elses problem aswell

IAC would be my first guess as well. TPS would be second guess, if it's telling the computer to add too much fuel (flooding out). I know mine, if I get off the gas fast enough, it'll dump in too much fuel for the amount of air, and stall out (but not very often). And that's with a new MAP sensor. So I'd check voltage on the TPS.
