Default iac valve or motor?

so as i mentioned on my previous thread my truck messed up, details in last thread, i finally ran the code and got P0505 (M) Idle Air Control Motor Circuits A vehicle speed signal was not detected.

so im considering running back to advance but dont know to buy idle air control valve or iac motor? didnt even know there was a motor. according to the code reader it says the motor but most people always say valve from what ive read. also i think the iac valve is on the back of the throttle body what about the iac motor?
