Default Do you have a grille guard/bull bar?

...and if so, what brand are you using? This is the prime time of year for deer jumping out in front of me on my way home from work, so I'm thinking I want to get a bull bar to prevent any major damage from happening. Just looking for some suggestions, and if you have pictures, that would be great. Thanks.

i have an ebay brand on mine, ive been happy with it so far, thinking of taking it off tho cause i park in garages at school now, but i wouldn't really get one for deer attacks lol, if u are going fast enough the brush guard can actually cause more damage

I have a grizzly brand on the front of mine. It looks good on there, but like Josh said, they arent any good for high speed deer attacks lol

Yea, all that will happen is the bull bar will pretty much get embedded into the bumper =P Mine is made by Westin.

I like the Westin bull bars, that is the route I'm thinking about going. Yeah, and at high speeds hitting deer will mess up everything regardless of a bull bar or not, but the roads I mostly drive are 35 - 40. At those speeds, a bull bar will help, considering most of the cosmetics up front are all plastic. But who am I kidding, I am just looking for excuses to spend more money on my truck...

Well yea...in slower speeds it'll be in benefit. It protects from a lot of small things instead of damaging the truck itself. I love mine...especially with the lights on it. I use it sometimes in the winter when the streets aren't lit up and covered with snow...helps me see the road while I have my long lights on, since having the brights on actually shuts off the fog light.
