got a hurst in the mail...might go in this weekend!
Ook gotchya. My mom teaches at Octorara and I'm right on the Chester/Lancaster boarder. (if I spelled that right and if you know where it is lol) Im guessing you mean PSU Mont Alto? haha but no I don't venture over that way that often. only for hunting and visiting my cousins. I work for a landscaper that does banks so it kinda sucks haha I didnt' talk to the guy I'm usually with for storms but I'm sure they were out for a while.

And I see that your sig says you have an 04 and I hope I'm not breaking the news/or maybe they changed them but when I got my Hurst you had to get a custom made spacer from someone on another forum to make it fit an 01-04?!? Let me know if you didnt' know or what not and i'll help you figure it out.

but seriously....do you like bungee your release up? i cant imagine clutch, ebrake, clutch, release, go...too many steps! Had a close call today..thought I was gonna be stuck in someones yard...got caught backing up casually to let a car go by that was stuck on a flat road. Not sure how that happened! lol...but yea, caught the edge of the road and slid over a hair...lots of flyin snow for those to see....but a little rockin, and she pulled right out.
Yeah e brake saves me gas. I went threw a 1/4 of a tank in 10 miles lol and I have a auto so one hand on the wheel then just hold the release back and work your brake. In a manual its really no different you dont need to use the clutch. I do use you reg brake when I get a bit to far sideways or sometimes gas. Its really all about practice. We dont have a cop in our town so its pretty much open season once the snow covers the road. Last night there was about 4in on the side roads.

nope 4lock. do you have to shift into neutral first? my dad said he tried it once and it wouldn't move(the shifter).
