Thumbs up Torsion bar questions

Spent about 2 hrs this morn searching this site for some answers. Couldn't find specific answers. Maybe I didn't look long enough...anyway looking for help.i

I have decided to go with 32x1150x15 BFG tires for my 2000 4x4 Dak. I understand I will have to crank my torsion bars to mitigate any rubbing issues and that I need to lift the front by around 2 inches.

My question is, are there any long/short term damaging effects to any suspension components on or off roading after doing this procedure to the T Bars? Can I expect my truck to ride harsher/stiffer as well due to the added strain on the torsion bar? If so by how much.

Thanks in advance

This link does a pretty good job of explaining things. Makes sense.

Scroll down to where it talks about the torsion bar.
