I might try taking my bed off to replace my pump, i think the check valve in mine is bad cause when i go to start my truck it acts as if ive lost pressure to the injectors. So i turn it over for a second, let the pump run and then itll start no problem

Do you just turn your key and start it. Like you dont just turn it to the on position and wait for the pump to shut off then start it? If you dont try doing that and should be fine.

I turn it on and let the pump run till it stops if i turn it over and just keep turnin it itll take about 10 to 15 seconds of crankin before it starts so i just turn it over a few seconds then do it again and it fires right up. I do this so that im not overuseing my starter
