well its fine but they have showen me that there customer service is crap and when it got stollen it sort of cleared my issues with it but i did call them and they put it on a list to not be serviced if brought to them and they will contact the police department

 

My uncle got one for his 7.3 powerstroke and he had a prob updating it and he called about it and they tried to help him but it still didnt work so after 2 or 3 calls he was sent a new one and he had to send the old one back. He also has on for his hemi jeep that has been fine. It would of been funny if there was a tune on it and the person that stole it tried to put in on there vehicle and it fried the computer lol

 

ya they stole my computer, programmer and my gps unit it sucked

ya it was geico and they didnt do **** about it so i told them where to go and cancel my policy and i went to usaa and they are way better

 

I would of been fightin that one thats for sure. No way someone is going to steal my stuff and im not going to see some money back.

 

i fought it for 3 weeks and just got fed up with there **** what can i do now

 

I would be trying to find a way to win it. Its bs you pay all this money into insurance and they wont even help you when you need it.
