Default Wheres the Proof- Mods!

I had an idea, It think this post would be helpful for everyone..
Does anyone have proof dyno testing videos before/after to really show what the increase/decrease of popular mods out there? (Remember video's need to be all equal conditions, road, Temps, method Eg: the way in which you stomp the gas and so on.., and making sure that there is enough time in between tests for the Computer to learn the new variables; for a true test comparison)

1. Kegger Mod improvements and subtraction/increase on performance and MPG
2. Fastman TB Mod -same
3. Any other OEM Tb's you might be able to replace stock on a 5.2L that would make any improvements (If any)
4. TCMOD Real "proof" of performance increase or better video's..
(And I have concerns over what this might do to the transmission)
5. CAI- Cold Air Intakes (Type and results Performance gains + MPG Difference)
6. CAI- (HomeMade)
7. CAI vs Stock and so on as 5, 6
8. TPS Mod-

And any other mod's not listed.

no one has done that kind of testing on here. like i always say performance mods are all a piece of a giant puzzle. each mod i did I noticed a change, when you add them all together its huge gains.

Everyone is going to be different, mileage, gears, tires, elevation. Pretty much any mod will increase power/torque so cant go wrong. I did a cheap 30.00 ebay CAI and saw a big improvement in throttle response not sure about mpg since its winter here but I think about 1 mpg better.

Indeed guys, but I guess the point.. is would love to see some 'proof' so to speak..

See what people have done, on their model and show some sort of before/after 'proof' if you will..

Like the Kegger Mod I read about.. It sounds good.. but I would love to see someone have some before/after.. otherwise its just hear say.. Some times increasing air flow can cause low end exeleration to bog down if its too much.. but help the top end and visa versa..
See someone really take the time out for a before MOD, and after Mod (S) on their buildout model/equipment to really show differences.

I think it would be really helpful..

Or maybee I'm just bored at work with no one to talk to looking for somehting to argue about out of boredom>? IDK>>

Not exactly addressing the topic, but relevant. The single best way to add performance is Forced Induction, proven over and over. It may cost a couple/few thousand dollars, but you WILL notice and feel the difference. Whether turbocharging or supercharging, gains of 50% to over 100% are possible AND typical. ALL of the "gains" (perceived or real) from all the other typical performance mods combined cannot match FI, they will most likely cost more and will not produce as much.

Imo unless you race turbos arent worth the money. Yes they are cool but by the time you put couple grand into your motor is it really worth it? Maybe its the cheap guy talking but I would rather throw cam, throttle body, intake, headers and programmer in my truck. Better yet I would rather spend the money on a 5.9 cummins swap. Just my opinion

You know.. I had an idea.. for a cheap mod you know those electric fan tubro junks they sell? it just blows air at one speed in and does nothing for you? What i fyou took a decent little blower motor, but instead of being just one speed.. have it controled by the tach.. RPM of the engine.. it increases along with the RPM..

I do not mean some POS fan.. I mean a decent little electronic turbo that runs off.. I'm sure someone has made something like that.. there is a lot of money to be made off a product like that.. less $$ than an all out turbo.. but not as cheap and cheezy.. only thing is would use some juice though..

IDK.. Just a thought..
