Default WTF%$&#*$# Running Rich

OK.. so a few days ago.. I pulled the tornado off the intake and disconnected the - from bat for about an hour or so.. while it was disconnected i pulled the ICM off the back of the TB and cleaned the gunk out of the hole.. not sure if i got it all out but i was getting black oil deposits off the inside.. the plunger really was pretty clean.. had a little bit on it.. but not much.. came out pretty easy.. not like it was jammed or stuck off in there..

Put it all back together reconnected the wire.. and all that.. did not do anything else..

I drove the truck around a bit and really did not see any improvment with my low speed buck/jerk/shutter/lope/ whatever you want to call it..

Seems that MPG per the real time meter on the overhead display seemed to shoot up a little bit more.. drove it probably about 20 miles..

Parked it.. as I really do not drive it everyday.. last night.. I started the truck up and let it idle.. after about a min or two the exhaust smelt rich.. like an old Chevy.. rich..

Let it sit for a few mins warming up.. after it warmed a little bit it seemed to decrease a bit but still the exaust smelled abnormally rich..

WTH happened? Now I did spray a little carb cleaner in the hole while i cleaned the plack oil build up but not too much just a little and made sure it was dry before i put it back on..

I have no clue whats going on now.. any suggestions? I see nothing different RPM, or anything like that.. just a really rich smell from the exhaust..
