Default screaching noise

so with all this bad weather pa has and the road salt and crap my truck is screeching when i turn the steering wheel left and right but only when its stopped. also when i hit bumps or push up and down on the front end i can hear it really badly it sounds so so so bad, i checked ball joints, wheel bearings, nothing it broken i filled the ball joints with grease the only thing i think it could be is the tie rod ends maybe dry or something any help would be appreciated.

video?
If it was a ford, Id think steering pump...still could be, but would do it all the time. Might be ends, or sway bushings. I replaced mine and it quieted down a lot! not a bad say, hour job....

more than likely it is your front swaybar bushings. mine are really aweful this time of year, they do everything you decribed above. this topic has been dicussed on here before. our bushings just suck.

Well, you dont have endlinks, up front...but I would see if they will do it for a few bucks. Its literally a hour and a half going slow...maybe $75 in parts(Moog). I can get you some part numbers cause, I just did this a month or so ago...or, user RockAuto...you need to get the diameter of your Sway bars...front and rear tho...cause dodge was smart and made like 3 of each.

if your gunna go with new bushings up front, i do believe poly is the way to go. it will get rid of the squeekin we get this time of year. btw, it took me only an hour to change the front bushings and the rear links. super easy to do urself.
