i have a 2001 dakota club cab, i wanna lift it but dont know which way is the best

Well it depends how much do you want to spend and do you want a body lift or suspension lift. Last time I checked the lift for the dakotas was 1,800-2,500 for a 4.5 lift. There really isnt anything good lifts for our truck unless you dont mind dropping a couple grand on one.

Or you have decent fab skills and can do a SAS.

summit racing has them for 1600 and it's tough country and my experience with tough country is they are cheap and break a lot, i personally think if you wanna get the 5.5" the tough country gives you, you might as well do a 3" body and crank the t-bars

Thank god a forum people actually go on..this is more than iv ever gotten back on..i was thinking more along the lines on a 3in body lift, i was on suspension connection and the cost was around $250..anything i should know about body lifts before i put it in?
