i have recently bought a 1997 dodge dakota and i have recently have had a problem when i get to about 55 it revs up to over 3 grand than finally locks into gear i think its either the throttle position sensor or a bad torque converter but im not 100% positive any ideas?

 

I've seen lots of threads around saying similar was the TPS.. but IDK
