go to the 3rd gen section and do a search. billy knows 2 people who both installed them and both had catastrophic failures to the motor. imo dont do it. not worth it.

Is that just for the jet pulleys or underdrive all together?, i thought about em for my 5.9. The only bad things ive ever heard is the altenator not being able to put out as much voltage which if its a big enough problem they always just put the stock altenator pulley back on.

charging wont be an issues as long as you drive and get the rpms up it will be good. i think they are fine for the 5.9 but the 4.7 its junk. but i would do a sct tune and other mods before doing the pully.

Do the sct tuners let you switch between performance and fuel efficiency?

you get 3 tunes. 87 91 93. it claims you get better mg but i didnt care b.c i drive it hard daily and get crap mpg anyways. but there is no economy tune. its strictly power.

So you switch between what tune to use depending on what octane fuel you run? And i try to stay off of it some but with a 360 pushin around such a light truck its hard not to get on it, my 79 power wagon lb only had the 318 and that thing weighed a ton lol
