Default Help with noise

New to forum, not very mechanically inclined, but would appreciate some assistance identifying noise I am getting:
I know without hearing the noise, it may be very difficult to get advise here, but I'll try anyway.
I have a 2002 Dakota with a 5.2 V8, automatic. 71K miles.
Noise is most noticable at around 50 mph, starts around 35MPH and wind and road noise makes it much less noticable at high speeds above 65MPH. Can't ID where it is coming from, but it is a grring noise, constant on and off... grr grr grr.... makes me think I have an out of round tire. Continues, even if I slip tranny into neutral while driving. Seems to speed up and slow down with the speed of the vehicle. Had it hooked up to computer code device due to break lights coming on and the only error code(Don't know the #) indicated something about turbo-charger(Which vehicle does not have and auto tech did not know why he was getting this code)They did find leaking brake line due to rusting out and replaced line.
Any ideas?

U joint or wheel bearings - top two wear items that are affected by vehicle speed as opposed to engine RPMs...

Really could be just about anything that moves when the truck is rolling, but those parts are cheap and easy to fix and in a 9 year old truck should probably be replaced anyhow...

Im betting bearing hub assembly. Jack on the front of the vehicle and grab the tire at the top and bottom and pull and push see if you get any play.
