Default need help with 99 dakota headlights

i have a 99 dakota with a dim driver side headlight. i was told to check the ground, does anyone know where that is located? i did check the ground directly behind the light and it seems to be fine. the bulb has also been replaced.

The ground for the headlights is actually under the dash. Power comes from the PDC to the headlamp, each side has its own fuse, and then the grounds are switched via the multifunction switch for high/low.

They share the grounds, located on the lower left side of the instrument panel.

Check for corrosion in the PDC and the socket for the bulb.
