EUHHHHHhhhhhh i had something like that a few years ago. The '' rubber Hose '' between the frame and the caliper ***'y need replacement. It is rotten inside and prevent the liquid to return tothe master cyl after application of the brakes. By doing so, the pressure when applying the brakes the pressure is enough to counter act the restrictionbut when you release the pedal, the return pressure ( none ) keeps pressure on the caliper andprevent the wheel fromturning freely...
