Do you have prior knowledge of working on vehicles?

I suppose you mean 4.7 but anyways you will need sockets to remove the stock air hat and the part running to the air box, then I think its a 10mm for the nut on top of the coil packs. They then pull out and you will need an extension and a spark plug socket. Not that hard at all just take your time. When you put the new ones in put anti seize on the threads and get them started by hand so you don't cross thread them. I suggest NGK V-powers.

Like Threeplaymaker said just be careful not to cross thread them and don't drop anything in the cylinder. Also the bolts that hold the coil pack down break sometimes. All in all its easy.

No they wont get stuck and actually I never had a problem with them in the 150s anyway. You cant really mess anything up its a fairly easy job.
