Default Advice on wheels

So I'm looking to make some adjustments to the way my truck looks. I've got a yellow 99 dakota sport V8. I've seen how my future mesh grille will look thanks to a great tutorial somewhere in these forums, and I want to get new wheels and change the badges from the navy color they are to just plain black. Any advice on decent wheels a poor college kid can afford, or how to take the current badges off?

Also looking for a decent air intake that doesn't cost 300 bucks. I know they're all over ebay, but I don't know how much you can really trust that site sometimes.

dodgeramguy got one off of there for 35 bucks or something like that and he says he loves it, personally i go name brand with proven gains but by the way he speaks he says it works just as good as any other cold air/ intake, so it would hurt to give it a try for 30-40 bucks.

the plastidip looks good on most wheels. but if you want a whole new design id get some cragar soft 8's, there cheap and look like a real truck rim. and for about 35 bucks you could also make your own intake and not have to wait for shipping. i've seen a alot of diy threads on here for the 4.7, but what motor do you have?
