any1 know where I can find a bumper that I cant mount a winch and have hooks on it for an 02 Dakota SXT 4x4

Take a look in the dakota faq page you will find off road bumpers in there. Also google is your best friend you can find anything on there.

I just finished building my own. It's a brush guard style that retains the stock bumper. Very simple and easy to build. I will try to get some pictures of it and how I made the frame connections.

The cheapest ones I could find commercially cost $500, and were the brush guard type. Warn, Ramsey and Mile Marker make them. The best ones are the full replacement bumpers, but they are expensive (over $800) and weigh a lot more.

Upload to photobucket then post here works way better. I would like a bigger pic of those plans.
