ok i have been doing a lot of reading on these injectors and they are the denso or bosch design type 3 injectors. havent been able to find a list on what all vechicals they are in but one thing you need to look for when buying these injectors you need to look at the connectors they do have like 3 diffrent designs of connectors and they do make adapters for the connectors but best thing to do is try and avoid them if you can another thing to look for is there is two types of these injectors they have the metal body ones they said the metal body ones are good for iron heads but the plastic body ones are best for the aluminum heads that we have the metal ones trap to must heat and they claim to put the fuel near boiling inside the injector the next thing im wanting to find out is will the aftermarket fuel rails that fits these injectors made for other vechicals work on ours

and here is the billet fuel rails for the 4.6l so all i can find out now is that they will mount to the injectors if the spacing is right between injectors and idk about where the fuel line mounts to the rail maybe somebody can order one and check it out for us as i wont be able to till sept if you have any questions i will try and answer them

ok i emailed the guy to find out what the spacing is between injectors i need the measurement from center to center on the 4.7l so i can match it up and i also need to know how the fuel lines mount to the fuel rail

I would actually just try to talk to the guys at crap...whats thier site. airram.com. They seem to be one of the main place that know a lot about the 4.7s. That or billy who is helping Thunder a lot.

You would most likely need a tune to make your injectors fire appropriately. Possibly a higher flow fuel pump. I doubt it's as simple as plug and play. Ideally the better spray and all that is good, but they'll either be a higher lb injector, or need a different signal(duration etc). ECM might learn it, but not a $300 risk I'd take without real dyno proof. Not butt dyno...I'll wait until Thunder straps a SC on his beast and upgrades the fuel system...
