Default Add on Backup lights/ Reverse Camera

Does anyone know how i can wire in add on back up lights and can you recommend some? Also do you think a reverse camera is necessary?

what kind of truck do you have? i really dont think back up cameras are necessary on anything (especially a pickup truck being that it is extremely easy to see out the back window and all sides of the bed)

as far as back up lights, it depends what shape you want, size, and brightness, and also how many. i think these would be a smart investment for any car making it much easier when backing up at night, especially if you are in a poorly lit area. most kits come with wiring, and the only difference from wiring regular auxiliary lights is that you wire these into your reverse switch so they turn on at the same time your reverse lights come on. fairly simple process.
this is just one example of a kit, just do a google search for "auxiliary backup lights" or something like that and you will find plenty of results

yea like i said i dont really think reverse cameras are necessary. they may be helpful in some newer crossovers and things that have ****ty visibility and blind spots, but as far as pick ups go id say there is really no need

it slides right into the 7 way i was thinking of buying one when i finish hooking up my trailer wires
