Default Newish member intro....Pics inside!!

Hey fellow DF members, been a member of the site for a while but never really posted. So I think it's finally time to introduce myself.

I have always loved dodges. My first truck at the age of 19 was a 1989 Ram 1500 single cab long bed 4spd manual. Moved on to a 1990 Talon TSI after that and a few other cars and even a small SUV. But I really missed driving a dodge. Well due to my credit being not so great I could only get into a truck with higher mileage. But I found a Ram in decent shape. '97 Ram 1500 crew cab 5.9l auto 4-6" lift (still not sure to this day) and 315's for rubber and 188K on the clock, but it ran great and it was a dodge!! I used the truck as it was intended for....towing, hauling, 4 wheeling ect....drove it for almost 4 years. But now at 211k it was time for something newer! So just last week I traded in my beloved Ram for an '04 dakota quad cab 4.7l AWD/4wd auto 68k miles. Picked it up for $12,500 before Tax title and license. And I could not be happier with my purchase!! With the motor being as tired as it was in the ram this 4.7l has more power and torque than that 5.9l had. But enough with my back story on to the pics!!

My old ram and my Galant VR4!!

I do have some plans for this truck as it has a lot of good miles left in it...Lift, tires, exhaust, intake, tuner ect.....But they will all come in time!!
