Default Quad Cab rear springs sit low

I have a 2001 4WD quad cab, and the rear end seems to sit low without any weight in it, and even lower when I load it up or tow a trailer. Is this an issue for anyone else? Debating if I should replace the whole spring pack or just add a leaf? Thanks.

Shocks are new. Rancho 5000. Truck has original springs. 201,000 miles.

how much abuse have you given the springs are they sagging equally on the left and right i would replace the springs and about 360 for the springs

shocks have nothing to do with ride height unless the are seized up they only control the rebound rate of the spring
