Anyone know of someone making their own "ram box" in a Dakota? Would it be a possibility?

 

I think the bed rails have to be wider and my guess is it's possible, but you would have to find a really good metal fabricator. Although it would be cool if the Dakota's had the ram box feature. I did find on Jcwhitney a side box that swings out, but it's pretty expensive.

I'm going to get the dimensions of inside the bed rails then see what I can do
