well i had ordered a 3 gauge pod a pillar and when i got it, it was crushed and when i called them they didnt want anything to do with it so i called back and spoke with a manager and now they said it will take several months for them to complete a claim im pissed and they wont do anything else

 

When I was looking at a pillar stuff I read a lot on glowshift . From what people have said your better off spending a lil bit more money to get something that has a good name brand on it. A lot of those people have had tons of problems with their service. One guy waited 2 months for his stuff after tons of calls he found out that his order was never even shipped.

I did that to a company for my hub bearing I called 3 times and each time I got oh he will be back in a 30 mins ill have him call you 2 days later never got a call back so I called every 2 hrs until I spoke to the damn guy lol Needless to say the part shipped the next day lol

 

that sucks, just duct tape it to the steering collumn like me.

well i called to today and they said a new one had already been sent and talking to the wife she got it in the mail yesterday so i was happy and there is nothing wrong with this one now i have two
