Simply put, NO. It's a scam.

 

the only thing I will say about the tornado is that i put 1 on a 2.3L4cyc ranger along with a fipk K&n setup with exhaust and on hwy trips i was getting 25 and 27 mpg driving at 75-90 on 1300 mile road trips with 113,000 miles on her.

 

These things are a joke. Don't wast you money.
