Default Brake prob

I just replaced front disc pads/rotor, rear break shoes and (of course) pedal goes to floor when engine running, and there's a hissing noise (inside cab, floor board around brake pedal, like a air leak)) I did bleed the brakes, and when engine is OFF, there is little play(in pedal) but when engine on pedal goes to the floor. Did I mess up something in the process? thinking maybe its the "power brake booster"?
master cyl seems OK, since it will pump fluid, when I bleed brakes

2001 /std 2 dr cab , 6 cyl,

I replaced front disc pads/rotor, and rear brake shoes. I bled lines while engine running, and all is good now, Thanks for replies
