Lift question for 99 dakota 4x4

As for the steering extension, you just unbolt the steering shaft at the slip joint and slide in the extension and bolt it back down. No welding on that part. The t-case shifter will most likely be a small piece of metal extension that has to be welded in a certain spot that will be noted in the directions.

my2004dakotasport-

If you have a question pm me and i will tell you for what i did first was i bought a torsion bar key lift with 2" axle blocks which lifted the front about 2.5 and the rear 2. You then have to get your tires aligned or they will wear down horribly, you can fit 285s with just this lift itself... I then bought the 3" body lift and i put 305s but can fit up to 315s without trimming.. I dont have any picture of me doing this because i didn't think it was that important and a lot of people do it on here so i didnt think i needed pictures. if you pm me with any other questions ill answer them
