Default driveshaft fixed, but having troubles shifting!

installed the drive shaft, took about an hour to do. went and tested it. works fine except the 4x4 shifter takes forever to swich. sometimes it clicks other times it wont....what is it? wish i had the manual shifter. last time i used 4x4 it worked fine. maybe just after 12months of not using it its a little "rusty", fluid being cold? fluid is brand new pretty much in front diff and tcase.

first part of video was 4hi, fail, just spun the tires.
then 4low got me up there.

Might just need to get used to working again. I think its just a lil motor that switches everything over. I love my manual shift when I pull it back I know its in.

Your still reaching over to use 4wd might as well just pull a ****. Our ram is like all electronic like nothing is mechanical anymore.

My manual shift gets in everytime. Getting out...not all the time. Let's say I want to park the truck after driving in 4wd. Get into parking lot, shift to 2wd, turn into a space *grind grind grind* Yea....lol.
