I have a chance to get a truck for parts. if not for free, then for real close to free. my question is....what parts are swapable with my truck? my truck is a 2001 quad cab 4x4 with a 4.7. the parts truck is a 1999 ext cab 4x4 with a 5.2. i know the interior is not and motor, trans and transfer case are not swapable. but im lookin at it for the drive shafts, axles, front axles, front supension. headlights, taillights......etc. will those parts swap into mine? thanks for the help

 

will you sell the extra parts off it i need the plastic housing inside the fuel door somehow mine has cracked and im looking for another

 

i will be selling all the parts that i dont use. if in fact i can use the parts i need, i will get the truck. if i cant use anything off of it, i wont bother getting it.

 

ok anything body wise will be swappable fenders, hood, grille, headlights, taillights, tailgate core support stuff under the hood radiator i think wiper tanks wiper motor will glass will front end i beleive is the same so you could use that the rear end should work just fine for ya the drive line i dont think will work being the diffrent lengths of wheel base the front one should be the same beside that im not quiet sure
