Question cherokee transmission in dakota?
will an AT transmission from a any year 5.2 grand cherokee fit my 1997 5.2 dakota ?

if its the same trans then yes, you either have like the 46re or nv3500 or something, i don know exactly what trans the 5.2;s have.

As far as I am aware the Jeep 5.2 and 5.9 Magnum has the starter on the passenger side Vs Dodge the starter on the driver side. So it will not work!
