Default ac evaporator

hello i have a 2002 dekota i have ac leak die installed found a drip of die on plastic housing under dash by blower motor i think evaporator is bad want to replace it i dont think i need to pull dash does any one have any advice before i start this project. thankyou

If it's there,.. Your pullin the dash,..Feel lucky you were able to spot it.
As long as I understand your description.

yes you did understand and i hoped i would not have to pull dash any advice any one can give before i start this project would be greatly appreciated thanks to all

Change your heater core while you are in there. I am in the process of doing this repair now, it isn't fun, but I am taking my time.
