Default Turn Signal Issues

I Drive the 2001 Dodge dakota sport, My in dash right turn signal and my Front right turn signal do not work, My rear does, but flashes at a quicker rate. I have checked all fuses/bulbs and cannot figure out why this is. I know that there was a recall on the wiring harness for this model that fit this problem, but the wiring harness has already been replaced. I cannot for the life of me figure out what is wrong and I need to have the truck fixed by monday for a military POV inspection so I can go on leave before a deployment. Please help.

if it flashes quicker it means the bulb is dead. double check wiring and grounds.

I have double checked all the wiring and the grounds, I disconnected my battery yesterday to follow a wire wrap that ran underneath it. Upon reconnecting it this morning, the lights are now on, but just stay on, and do not flash, they are on 100% of the time
