99 AC issues
The last couple of years my AC system was weird. The AC would run somewhat regardless of the position of the switch. It seemed like everything was off by one position. When I took it into the dealer, first they changed the compressor clutch (apparently thinking it was locked on) but that never cleared it up. I swapped out the heater control dash panel in case that was the issue and it was not it either. Since I didn't drive it all that much I just lived with it.
The first time I went to use the AC this year I no longer get cool air regardless of the switch position. The clutch on the compressor does cycle on and off about every 4 to 6 seconds. I assumed it was low on r134a but today when I put a gauge on it intending to fill it, the pressure was fine and the aluminum part of the line to the accumulator was dripping from condensation.
Any opinions on whether these two issues are connected and what I should look at next (blend doors? Climate Module?) would be appreciated.

There is no "climate module."
Couple of things, when you put it on a/c where is the air blowing from? Is it coming out of the vents? It could be a vacuum control issue.
Cycling every 4-6 seconds is pretty fast. Did you check both hi and low pressures?
