Default New transmission mount. Looks crushed already.

Is it normal for a brand new transmission mount/bushing to look crushed already?

Well not normally being a new part. I have never seen one that looks crushed Etc. You should take it back to the parts store where you bought the part and explained to them that the part may have been damage during shipping or some one in the store didn't care about that they were doing when stocking the shelves.

Angry you sure its crushed?

Can you post a pic of it??
I don’t trust any auto shop they are all crooks and idiots in my book I had no choice two years ago my clutch crapped out on me so to the shop it went after I got it back it was a 10 mile drive home I kept hearing a clunk clunk clunk in my rear end got home looked under at everything and was shocked to see my transmission was never bolted down the nuts were on their but not screwed down so my trans was banging up and down thus the clunk clunk sound how stupid is that.

And I don’t trust them so I checked my trans oil level and it was short half the oil and I had just last week changed it and filled it to the top as you should do so working on it they must of let it leak out on the floor but never re filled it to the top HOW aggravating is that.

This shop was suposed to be a top notch shop 5 years of awards for top auto shop in the city and an A in the BBB rating. OK YEA I BELIVE THAT
