u have to be more specific when u mention panel...lol which one...i removed several....
i used a dremel and stone tip to grind em down, some panels u CAN use screws and some u can't for the one's u can't, u have to either melt the plastic down again to secure it, i've used hot glue ALOT and had no problems at all either...sometimes i'll get a couple screws in there just for some support and hot glue or epoxy the rest. just gotta do it just right or it wont stay... if it's on the blue truck like your pic...should be like mine and i have it bolted...yes bolted back to the door panel, makes for easy removal if i ever redo anything again...

actually you got any advise to secure the fabric from coming down its just one little area on the passenger side.. i can take my hand and smooth it out and it will stay for a short time..
Dont really wanna spend 2bills for just that..

cheapest way, they make some screw type pins u can pin it up... i would take a razor and cut a small slice big enough to spray some glue in there and lightly put it back up once it's tacky... should'nt be able to see the slice afterwords if it's done right
