as for the lifetime warranty, I got them installed at the shop so I suspect they're covered.
of course, that won't cover labor...

Default Monroe shocks ? why

Maybe it’s the old racer in me from the 1970 and 80's but Monroe shocks are one step above stock shocks so why bother one of the best things you can do to any auto is quality shocks and tires and the price difference from a Monroe to a Bilstein is minimal and worth it.

I do like a harder stiffer ride that usually means it handles better in turns and bumps the Bilsteins I had would remove any road bumps like nirvana Bilstein shocks are the Rolls-Royce of shocks.

Im not knocking Monroe they are probably a great city shock for a smooth soft ride.

if you want stiff get procomp, i have the es9000.
