I'm inthe same boat, picked up mytruck from having new motor built, stuttered and died and won't start, getting same codes about open circuit...and now replaced cam sensor but no luck so far...

 

Hi there, I would appreciate any feedback from your issues on P0201-P0208 codes, I have the exact same problem: engine HEMI 5.7l brand new in a DODGE RAM 1500 Y2003, I replaced the Throttle body, MAP sensor, Camshaft sensor, wire harness of injectors, the injectors, the alternator, and finally the PCM; issue remains the same, still the same code, engine starts very well when cold but dies quickly. Then hard to restart. I work with a labscop so I have interesting waveform from injectors. Something is clear, the voltage signal does not go to zero when the PCM tries to open the injector. It should.
Any experience from your side are welcome.
