So shiny, it looks great man. I disconnected my battery before I did the swap and reset the pcm before I turned her back on. Do that and you should have no trouble with any codes.

Default Ok great

I’m keeping all the parts that came with it is that an ok thing to do the AIS motor idle valve was way oily and gunked up but I cleaned it up good and reinstalled it or should I try to remove the one on my truck and swap it out?

Smile Well I did it nice change

Well I did it and it’s a nice upgrade what I notice is just stronger acceleration out of all gears 1 through 4 haven’t tried it on the freeway yet.

She dose idle a tad high but has dropped down a bit in two trips so I think it will get back to normal idle soon

What an easy upgrade to do and cheap no pain no problems.

Thanks to all the people that helped me get this done.

Talking yes its heat paint up to 500 I think

I still need other things done like my heads R/R I need a new harmonic balancer and new O2's just to see if it makes a diff.

I’m thinking of an aluminum drive shaft anything to get more out of my 2.5L.

I’m looking to buy a Dakota with the V6 or a V8 as I can about 1998 to 2004 are good years.
