Motor swap help!

I own a 99 Dak with a 5.2 standard, what all do I need to change to swap out to a 5.9? Would the tranny and back end handle this pretty good? The back end is a 9.25. Any help would be awsome, thanks.

Sorry it's a 5.2 with a standard transmission, not 5.2 standard. lol

Your rear end will be fine. as for your transmission it should bolt straight up if I am correct. I'm not expert on the 5.2/5.9 but you should be fine. do you know what trans you have? NV____

You will need a flywheel for the 5.9 they are weighted the 5.2 are not and the tranny will be fine it should a NV3500 and they used them in the rams with the 5.9.
