Thanks I will be checking that out today. I am just now getting around to bleeding the flipping brakes.

 

Quick update. Brakes have been bled and checked the vacuum booster hose. No brake light or ABS they are working perfectly. I just bought a new engine gasket and seal kit along with new manifolds. I am going to change those out and if this doesn't work I am completely bum-fuzzled.
