Default (Power) Steering Issue

Hi Guys, could do with a helping hand to diagnose this steering issue i`m having with my 2002 Dodge Dakota 4x4.
After having a clunk in the steering for a while, about 3 months ago I replaced the lower steering shaft, yesterday morning I was just about to get in my truck and I noticed a small pool of fluid under it, there is a leak coming from somewhere on the steering rack, also I noticed that the steering pump had gotten noisy "whining on turning the steering wheel", the other issue I have is the truck dips on each full lock, check out the video at 4mins.57Secs onwards this is my first Dakota, actually its my first truck, is this normal for Dakotas to do this, if not what would cause the truck to dip like this, the truck drives straight, no wobbles or anything weird, Oh and the truck did this before I changed out the lower steering shaft..

Any help would be appreciated guys..

my dakota had this problem about a year and half ago, obviously you must be leaking power steering fluid. can you find where the leak is coming from for us? my leak was a hose or something on the rack and pinion if i remember correctly, but i had to replace the whole rack.
